Individual counseling sessions last 50 minutes and are intended to help you work through whatever challenges you have that prevent you from living life to the fullest.  As a therapist, I do not prescribe medication but am happy to work in conjunction with your medical doctor or psychiatrist if desired.

Sessions are often once per week in the initial stages, but may be less frequent depending on your specific goals.  Together we look at your stressors, environment, personality and available resources to get you ‘from here to there’.
