Once you set goals, you need to get into the habit of reviewing them regularly – weekly is ideal.
In addition to whatever method you use for a weekly review, use this worksheet to review goals each month and keep track of your progress through the year. (You don’t have to start it in January – a fresh start can happen anytime!)
Compare your goal to the actual performance and see if adjustments need to be made for the following month to stay on course throughout the year.
